Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Collaboration with the Aldi team and providing top-notch customer service will be key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, maintaining product organization.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and ensure store security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Operate equipment such as manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
