Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and handle products correctly.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
