Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Capacity to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
