Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the outlined Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, minimize losses, and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and multitasking efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
