Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking of products.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
