Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and stocking merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
