Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
