Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist in inventory management and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
