Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ALDI's core values in all activities
• Handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory to enhance store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
