Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security standards, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to use equipment and perform cleaning tasks according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcohol.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
