Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance at its best.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
• Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to support store improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise efficiently and safely, handling items up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to follow and apply company policies accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is beneficial.
