Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock merchandise, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
