Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Join ALDI as a Store Associate and be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. Work within a collaborative team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
