Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold our core values and provide outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
