Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
