Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience is a plus
