Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to uphold ALDI's standards and values.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
