Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Report inventory discrepancies and provide feedback on products.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
