Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to meet company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational skills with attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
