Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
