Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands and safety requirements
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
