Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
