Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in store inventory management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in a retail setting is an advantage
