Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, bending, lifting, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and safely handle equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• Stay organized, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
