Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate professional skills, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company standards
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure product displays are neat

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
