Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service in collaboration with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, Aldi Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
