Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhering to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
