Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to management on product quality and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
