Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly. As a Store Associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain merchandise displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
