Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow security protocols for data and document confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
