Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations through merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. behaviors consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
