Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the ALDI team.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Knowledge of general cleaning and equipment operation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
