Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate for our new store location. You will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skilled in using equipment like a hand jack, floor scrubber, and baler.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience being a plus.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
