Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at our new store location. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
