Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI's new store location. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues, and report to store management.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventory counts, and alert management of any discrepancies.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure store security and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
