Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage all aspects of store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to ensure superior customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; prior management experience preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
