Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational strategies.
Position Details

- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
- Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $101,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Requirements
