Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Demonstrated leadership and performance management abilities.
• Experience in retail, with prior management experience preferred.
