Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage store operations and lead a team towards success. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with a minimum of 3 years.
