We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team schedules, and implementing operational strategies while fostering team development.
