As a GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing studio and group fitness usage while creating a supportive community environment through high-energy classes and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and optimize studio and group fitness spaces to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and foster a culture of enthusiasm and passion within the team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of studio and group fitness operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
