Responsibilities
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through effective scheduling and class offerings.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Drive performance to meet or exceed financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional member experiences and maintain high energy in classes.
- Manage operating costs while providing top-notch facilities and equipment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness, community building, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
