Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a leading fitness center committed to creating an inclusive and uplifting experience for all members. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for driving STUDIO and Group Fitness KPIs, enhancing member engagement, and delivering exceptional fitness programs that inspire and connect our community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and schedule talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.
• Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness spaces, executing flawless programming, and resolving challenges promptly.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentorship to deliver safe, effective, and high-energy classes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns promptly, and cultivate a culture of enthusiasm and accountability within the team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness or group exercise management preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team building and development.
• Passion for fitness, health, and creating a positive impact on the community.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
