Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness and lead a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. As a GFSTL, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive, trendy, and energizing fitness experience for our members. This position offers a competitive hourly pay of $19.00 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with class rates paid at $35.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by managing class schedules and driving attendance.
• Ensure world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe facilities, executing flawless programming, and providing continuous training and coaching.
• Build a culture centered on VASA's core values of unity, passion, love, integrity, fun, and trust.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness industry recruitment, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving financial targets and KPI's.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with team members and members alike.
