Group Fitness Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Group Fitness Manager to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by maintaining clean, safe spaces and executing flawless programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality class delivery.

Requirements

• Prior experience in group fitness or studio management.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive team culture.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A passion for fitness and creating uplifting experiences for members.
