Group Fitness Program Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Group Fitness Program Lead to join the VASA Fitness team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional class schedules, recruiting top talent, and delivering a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs in STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
• Ensure all equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and in top condition.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
• Deliver exceptional high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create community among members.
