We are looking for a passionate and motivated Group Fitness Program Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating a dynamic and inclusive fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by driving attendance and providing exceptional classes.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and flawless execution of programs.
• Coach and support ongoing instructor development through training and mentorship.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and foster a community-focused culture.
