Responsibilities

• Performing commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision
• Diagnosing and resolving customer problems in an accurate and timely manner
• Servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Completing routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part deliveries
• Ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of satisfaction
• Promoting products and services to customers
• Maintaining company property, vehicles, and tools
• Representing the company professionally and ethically

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of HVAC experience
• Valid licensing or certification required by regulations
• EPA and safety certifications
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Ability to work flexible hours and in various environmental conditions
• Physical ability to maneuver and lift heavy items
