Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include patient evaluation, care planning, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
