Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a crucial member of our interdisciplinary environment, you will play a vital role in providing a full range of nursing care to our patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Execute treatments, medication administration, and bedside nursing.
• Ensure compliance with CDC and CMS standards for patient and employee health and safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current State Board of Nursing license.
• CPR Certification is mandatory.
